Laughing with me

At 10, I had to go out to the front lobby of the residence to pick up a package that hadn't fit in my box. The ticket had said ten, but by 10 past there was no one there. Really needing the break from economics, I decided to wait for another 5 minutes. To pass the time I started reading a poster on the don office (where they sort the mail).

This poster was one of the ones which has 100 different smilely faces, like have a peaceful day (and the smiley would have a peace sign through it) and have a cool day (with a shivering blue smiley face). Then I get to one and read 'have a dyslexic day'. 'Now wait a sec', I think, 'that doesn't make sense. So I read it again.

About the 5th time I realise it actually said "have dyslexic day a."

Opps. heh.

oh yeah remember that white-ish gap v-neck that i wouldn't buy because i thought it was too expensive? well in newcastle they have size s on sale too, not only the xl's, so i got it for £14.99 (or £12.99, don't remember, i bought smth else too, and i don't remember which price was which)... maybe there are actually people here who wear the xl's and they sell out instead... i guess london's just full of people who are too skinny... although wearing a gap size s is by no means a guarantee that you're skinny (unfortunately)... i'm just wondering what tops they expect the size 0 bottoms people to wear if size 8 bottoms wear size s tops... like xxxxxs? i've never seen one of those.... oh well not my problem...

lalala diet coke drinking and kit kat eating (no kit kats are actually good for my teeth. really) to make up for yesterday already... and it's barely 10 o'clock... AND it's jeans for genes day and no one told me.... not that i even brought my jeans with me but i could've gone and bought a pair... (any excuse)... well i only have like one pair that i'd even agree to put on anyway, don't think i've worn pants in years.... actually this week i've ONLY worn pants... it's a miracle... although they're plain, black and baggy to the extent that they almost resemble a skirt.... but i got myself a very cool pair of brown cords from benetton (the ones that are tight at the top (not as tight as those jeans that i had to give you cos they gave me bruises though... owww... then again i bought those when i was... 12?) and then go really big, 70's style) that i've been wearing too... i'm just wondering what happened to those black gap cords that you gave me after you destroyed the back by stepping on them all the time cos they were too long for you... i think i'll have to buy my own really...

Bored ? How did you get this idea ? It's highly fascinating to listen to you. Go on - I never heard anything like this, and I'm quite a curious being (as Laura can tell you).

I can. And I feel your pain!

I can't believe the pants bit! You've been wearing pants for a whole week. I've been wearing half skirts, half pants. It depends on the weather, because it is absolutely freezing cold here! I swear, I was sleeping in a fleece and mits!

The gap's here have really bad sales. *sigh*. I checked it out when I was shopping for my birthday present binge. Of course, the prices are cheaper here in the first place ; )

Lol. This is honestly becoming a chat room!

heheh well come to the newcastle gap's then, people leave behind the right sizes... i haven't really seen an unusually large number of fat people either so maybe they're getting the proportions right when they buy or smth...

and it's cold here too, i sleep in sweat pants and a sweater when at home i sleep in hot pants and a tank top... then again my room is 27ºC warm at home which kinda removes the need for clothes... at the hotel the radiator doesn't work at all so i'm thinking of stealing one from the factory here although i wouldn't have the faintest clue how to go about installing it...

and i'm hoping you aren't looking for birthday presents for yourself.. i mean there's a while to go...

No, no, no... I went on a binge buying presents for 5 other people a couple weekend ago.

Really ! I didn't know it takes one more year to become adult in Canada. Does this say something about the psychology of Canadians ?
